Coordination

$1,200 | Services begin 8 weeks before the wedding

Best for: Couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want a trusted coordinator to bring every detail together with confidence and care.

What Your Investment Includes:

  • 2 planning meetings

  • Ongoing email/phone communication (beginning 2 months before wedding day)

  • Timeline creation & management for wedding day

  • Cue wedding party/family for ceremony

  • Coordination of vendor arrival times

  • Vendor confirmations & vendor contact sheet

  • Floor plan assistance

  • Final venue walkthrough

  • 1-hour rehearsal coordination

  • Direct vendors on wedding day

  • Coordinate ceremony & reception

  • Wedding day setup & breakdown plan

  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage

$3,000 | Services begin 6 months before the wedding

Best for: For the couple who wants to plan their own wedding—with personalized guidance and professional coordination along the way.
